VP of Marketing

 Tradify is a real Kiwi technology success story – more than 10,000 tradies around the world depend on us to help them succeed in their business and life goals. Due to our continued growth we are now looking for an amazing VP of Marketing to take us to the next level of growth.

We are looking for a seasoned energetic marketing leader that can help take Tradify to the next level of growth. This is a key leadership role that reports to our CEO and will be the growth engine of our business.

  • An energetic leader able to motivate and inspire the team at Tradify.
  • A passion for winning and a proven track record growing revenue in fast paced high growth companies.
  • A hands on SAAS marketer able to deliver a vision for growth and a plan to execute. 
  • Highly analytical and data driven with a demonstrable understanding of data analysis.
  • Exceptional  communication skills with the ability to convey even complex messages to our board in a convincing manner.

What we expect you to deliver: 

  • Help us build the foundation to be a $100M ARR business as well as hitting out short term revenue goals.
  • Build a strategic marketing & sales plan that delivers repeatable user and revenue growth. 
  • Own an international rollout plan. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Management & leadership of our sales & marketing teams
  • Own Tradify’s end to end marketing activity from website development, content marketing through to SEO/SEM and lead conversion. 
  • Own Tradify’s marketing automation strategy and execution. 
  • Own reporting and interpretation of key metrics that drive the business from traffic to churn.  
  • Partner with product to understand customer feedback on a regular cadence. 

We’re a team of 30 friendly & diverse people who work and play hard, but we’re growing rapidly, and this role is going to grow too. You’ll report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, but beyond that you’ll be working across a flat team where everyone shares in the same purpose and pitches in as needed.
