Both businesses have spent significant time working together to make your transition as seamless as possible, so you can get up and running on Tradify as quickly as possible; as part of this process, we will help you ensure key historical data is transferred across. 

Going through our transition process also ensures you retain your Geo account pricing, making Tradify even better value.

Geo account owners/admins will receive an email from Tradify outlining next steps for you.  You can continue using your Geo account until we tell you otherwise.

Important note: As we'll set up your Tradify account for you - Please do NOT start a trial/login to Tradify until we let you know your account is ready.

Our product experts will set up your Tradify account on your behalf, and move across your settings and data from your Geo account.  This means you have less to do, and it will be easier to get up and running with Tradify.  

You will receive an email to let you know when this will be done, and how to go about familiarising yourself and transitioning. You will also receive key information about getting up and running with Tradify, where to access learning materials and what ongoing support you can expect to receive from Tradify’s product experts.  The email will also set out the timing for when your Geo account will be moved to Edit Only, and you should start creating new jobs in Tradify.

We’re working hard behind the scenes to make your transition to Tradify as smooth as possible. Our product experts are migrating your most important historical data where possible, and we’ll be on hand to help you get fully set up for success.

When you log in to your new Tradify account, you’ll find your core settings—such as Labour Rates, Parts List, Job Statuses, and Staff Members—already set up, so you can start using the system as soon as you're ready.

No, you’ll always have a system to use during your transition to Tradify. Whilst we get you up to speed and comfortable using Tradify (and familiar with all the exciting features you’ll get access to), your Geo platform will move into an Edit Only Mode. This will mean only existing jobs will be able to be modified in Geo, as they wrap up. All new and future jobs should be created in Tradify. This will help manage the transition for you and your team, and ensure you are using the most up to date information.

We're here to make getting started with Tradify as easy as possible. Whether you prefer video tutorials or live sessions with our product experts, our dedicated team is ready to help every step of the way.

Keep an eye on your email for quick links & invitations to these. 

We are committed to making this transition as seamless as we can, and to that effect, you will continue to pay the same price per user for your Tradify Subscription that you currently pay for your Geo account.

Note: All Tradify’s plans have features not available in your current product.  While we will move you to a plan that has all the features you use in Geo now, you may want to upgrade your plan once you learn more about everything Tradify’s has to offer, in which case there would be a small subscription fee increase to do so.

As part of this transition process, we’ll work with you to transfer your payment details to Tradify once your account is set up.

Once your Geo account switches to Edit Only mode, you’ll begin paying your Tradify subscription instead. 

Our team will share further details with you around this process once you are up and running.

Note: at no point will you pay for two platforms.
