Strategic Partnerships Manager

So we need a new super-smart, passionate and experienced individual to lead our Partner Strategy. Someone who wants to focus on making a massive difference in the business and daily lives of an awesome and hugely underserved channel. Basically this means driving the businesses growth aspirations through innovative and effective sales channel practices.

Not only will you be leading from the front, you’ll also be hands on executing the company partner strategy. You’ll be living and breathing Tradify’s goals and culture on a daily basis.

If you thrive in a fast paced sales environment, have a relentless pursuit on business growth and executing awesome high quality partner channel activities, and ultimately making the big deals, you’re going to fit right in. In a typical day, you might do some of the following:

  • Kick off the morning with coffee and a catch-up with a diverse range of team members.
  • Meet with the LT to discuss company partner strategy & tactics and your recent successes
  • Meet with partners face to face to sign off a large sales deal
  • Have a chat with the sales & support teams about Partner channel tactics and requirements
  • Work with the CRO to discuss progress and partner strategy
  • Target key business advisors, suppliers, associations and other commercial partners to work with and agree and joint initiative
  • Own the relationship across all of our Tradify partners, being their first point of contact and solving their problems.  

 

 

You’re going to love this job if you have:

  • Over five years experience in a Strategic Partnerships role
  • Extensive experience of a leading edge SaaS company and practices
  • A great understanding and passion for growing a business through partner and customer acquisition
  • Leadership and relationship management experience, with a passion for coaching more junior staff
  • A deep understanding and experience in sales processes, reporting and working to monthly or quarterly sales targets
  • Enjoy exploring and testing new or improved ways to hit business metrics through partner channel
  • A passion for partner relationship management, being the face of Tradify for our Partner relations
  • Are highly motivated with a strong work ethic and high energy approach
  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Believe that tradies do important work and that supporting them through partners to success is an awesome job

We’re a team of over 30 friendly & diverse people who work and play hard, but we’re growing rapidly, and this role is going to grow too. You’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, but beyond that you’ll be working across a flat team where everyone shares in the same purpose and pitches in as needed.
