Added a toggle in the Document Themes Quotes tab that allows 'Terms' to display on a new page within their Quote document.

• Payment Terms and Conditions are now automatically imported and pre-filled into the Invoice document theme when users integrate with Xero.
• We’ve enhanced our existing import functionality for Company Logo and Contact Information from Xero to increase the accuracy of contact details and logo placement.

Business logos and scheme logos can now be added to all UK Electrician certs. 🎉

We've added the abbreviated names of the Fire Safety certs across mobile & web, to make identifying certs within the list easier.

Access Payments is now available for all new UK trialists.

Within the Company Settings page, we've added logic to notify users with a warning message when they are  attempting to navigate away from the page when there are unsaved changes to the 'GST registered Status' field.

The 'Clear Unused Customer' button within the Customers page now deletes customer profiles that only have notes attached when the notes do not have attachments such as files or images.

Staff without 'Settings' permission no longer have the ability to view or edit customer profile details.

• Gas Safe Registration Number is now correctly pre-populated using Company License Number.
• Gas Safe License Number is now correctly pre-populated using Staff License Number.

• Added a "meatball" style menu to To-Do list items with the following options (based on user permissions): 
• You can now take the following actions directly from a To-Do.

• The "Delete" option has also been moved inside this menu.
• Enabled the option to import new job statuses and their colour when importing Jobs.

Renamed the "Job" Notifications Staff Member setting to "Job and To-Do Alerts" and updated the associated tooltip for clarity.

When a staff member is assigned a To-Do task, they now receive a notification email with a direct link to the To-Do List.

The notification is sent only if the staff member’s Job Notifications Email toggle is turned ON.

  • Staff with Scheduling & Dispatch permission can now assign To-Dos to teammates in their Tradify company. Assigned staff can view, edit, and mark To-Dos as done.
• New location fields have been added to the jobs CSV import, export and template. 

• Improved the CSV customer site import email validation to ensure the each email is max 70 characters, there are no more than 10 emails, and commas are handled correctly.
• Updated the appointment reminder text to default to "New Reminder" instead of "Update Reminder" when sending after being previously saved.

We now update the tax description in Tradify from Xero when updating tax in Tradify in order to keep both systems in sync.

• Fixed a Google Maps issue where searching for an address didn't display the exact location on the map.
• Adjust the hover area of the Job icon on the map so the tooltip now appears as expected.

We've fixed an issue where the 'Send to Accounting' option was showing on Bills for companies not integrated to accounting packages.

• All onboarding screens now have a responsive layout, ensuring a great experience on mobile devices.
• We've fixed a timesheet rounding issue that occurred when creating an invoice from Time & Materials.

• We've fixed an issue where some fields were not rendering correctly in the EICR form.
• We've removed the unnecessary signature field from within the EICR form.

We've fixed an issue where some customers were unable to import bills via CSV.

We've added a Service Reminders tab to your Customer Information screen. Allowing you to see any existing service reminders created against that customer.

You can now access Customer Information directly from the Appointment modal using the customer name, which now displays as a clickable hyperlink.

• When you create a quote using a template from ‘Job’ or ‘Customer’ it will now use the pricing level associated with the ‘Job’ or ‘Customer’ (instead of the template’s pricing level).

• Forms and Certificates will now pre-fill your company license number when applicable. Update this information by heading to Settings > Company.

• You can now mark invoices as ‘paid’ in bulk. Go to the ‘Unpaid’, ‘Overdue’, or ‘All’ tabs within the invoices section, check the boxes for relevant invoices, and click the ‘Mark as Paid’ icon.

• When you create a Bill via SmartRead it will now automatically add a Note with the scanned bill attached and “Source Document” as the description. 

• Syncing bills to accounting software now automatically includes the scanned bill.

You can now send confirmation emails after an appointment has been saved, pending no confirmation email has already been sent.

• We've enhanced the job search & filtering function by including customer location alongside site names

• The address from inbound enquiries can now be copied to both physical & delivery address fields.

• Forms & Certs will now pre-fill the license number of your staff member. You can add update their license number under their user profile in your Settings.

You can now filter your overdue and unpaid invoice pages by due date. Filtering the list also updates the total due amount displayed in the top right accordingly.

We've added a total due amount on the overdue and unpaid invoice list page. Allowing you to easily see your outstanding payments at a glance. 

We've introduced categories to Forms & Certificates to make make it quicker and easier to find the certificates you use most frequently.

We've introduced Activity Logs for Bills. You can now track:
