Meet a Tradifier - Sonal (UK Customer Team)

by Team Tradify, January 19, 2022

Who are you and where are you from?

I’m Sonal, I was born in Australia, Sydney — a beach baby! I moved to UK about 5 years ago for a change and now live in amazing West London!

What's your role at Tradify?

I am the UK/Europe Customer Team Lead. My focus is on managing, coaching, and developing the Customer Success and Support team to provide the best customer experience possible!

The best thing about working with tradespeople is…

The passion they have for their business is what I hear on a daily basis and it’s so motivating.

What's your biggest goal at Tradify?

Really making a difference in our processes so that we can continue to deliver the excellent customer service we are providing and excelling with that. I am also looking forward to seeing the company grow exponentially into new markets and being a part of that growth.

How do you like to down tools and relax?

I love to spend my days off being out and about in the beautiful city of London! Either catching up with friends over food and drinks or going to exhibitions and museums.

Quickfire round:

Cats or dogs?

Tea or coffee?
Coffee, it gives me more of a kick in the morning

My favourite thing to do in summer is…

Spend the day at the beach, preferably abroad

distant shot of the ocean with waves crashing in

Favourite lunchtime meal?

This does change every now and then as I like to mix things up a bit. But, at the moment, pasta with homemade pesto.

If I could instantly master any trade, it would be…

Carpentry, it looks fun!

Country you most want to travel to?

South Africa 🇿🇦

If you could have a conversation with anyone (dead or alive) who would it be? Why?

Yanni, my favourite musical composer. One of the most talented artists who also seems to be full of wisdom. It would be great to tap into that brain of his.

What is one song you will be adding to the Tradify music playlist?

Beautiful Day by U2.
