Who are you and where are you from?
I’m Sonal, I was born in Australia, Sydney — a beach baby! I moved to UK about 5 years ago for a change and now live in amazing West London!
What's your role at Tradify?
I am the UK/Europe Customer Team Lead. My focus is on managing, coaching, and developing the Customer Success and Support team to provide the best customer experience possible!

The passion they have for their business is what I hear on a daily basis and it’s so motivating.
What's your biggest goal at Tradify?
Really making a difference in our processes so that we can continue to deliver the excellent customer service we are providing and excelling with that. I am also looking forward to seeing the company grow exponentially into new markets and being a part of that growth.
How do you like to down tools and relax?
I love to spend my days off being out and about in the beautiful city of London! Either catching up with friends over food and drinks or going to exhibitions and museums.
