The timing of the messages cannot be customised at this point. They are sent at fixed times depending on when your appointment is in relation to when you schedule the appointment.
Currently, text messages are only available for customer and site reminders. If you would like to use text messages for something else, please let us know and we will pass that feedback on to the product team.
We want to ensure our customers benefit from the exceptional deliverability of text reminders sent by their Tradify account. This means the cost of our messages may be slightly higher than other less reliable services, as we chose to partner with a premium provider.
