Notice of Changes to Tradify Terms & Conditions

As of 27 December 2025, Tradify’s Terms and Conditions will change to reflect the updated version outlined below. 

Please read these terms in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions of the Access Group, together they form the entirety of our Terms & Conditions. 

For your reference, the previous versions of our Terms and Conditions can be found at the bottom of this page.



Tradify
 |  Product-Specific Terms

The Product Specific Terms are supplemental to the Access Terms and Conditions.

Unless the context otherwise requires or there is express wording to define otherwise within these terms, the words and expressions used herein will have definitions ascribed to them within the Access Group Standard Terms and Conditions.

1. The Access Contracting Party for the Tradify Service is Tradify Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand, having its registered office at 81 Union Street, Auckland Central, Auckland, 1010, New Zealand.

2. FREE SERVICE OFFER

2.1. We offer a free service comprising:

(a) A free version of Tradify Service may be available for evaluation purposes;
(b) Connections Service is a service where a paying customer of the Tradify Service refers a contractor. Connections Service will enable the contractor to view their schedule in Tradify.

2.2. Free Service accounts that remain unused for more than 90 days will be regarded as abandoned and may be closed without notice.

3. USE OF THE SERVICE

3.1. You are solely responsible for maintaining Your own user levels and managing Authorised Users’ access.
3.2. Use of Tradify may be subject to limitations, including but not limited to monthly transaction volumes.

4. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING CONSENT

4.1. If You enable Third-Party Products for integration with the Tradify Service, You acknowledge and consent that We may allow the providers of those Third-Party Products to access Your Customer Data as required for the interoperation of such Third-Party Products with the Tradify Service.
4.2. Third-Party Price Lists
4.3. The Tradify Service may include Third-Party Price Lists for Your convenience. All prices shown in Third-Party Price Lists are indicative only and may not reflect current pricing.
4.4. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of Third-Party Price Lists. You acknowledge that We have no control over Third-Party Price Lists and accept all risk associated with reliance on such pricing information.

 

5. TERMINATION PROVISIONS

5.1. Termination Rights

5.1.1. We have the right to suspend or terminate the Tradify Service and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service at any time.
5.1.2. You may cancel Your use of the Service at any time by following the cancellation process within the Service.
5.1.3. Any monthly or yearly charges will not be refunded when You cancel.

6. SMS SERVICES

6.1. By subscribing to SMS, You agree to receive recurring marketing messages and reminder messages at the phone number provided.
6.2. SMS Management

6.2.1. You may reply "HELP" for assistance with SMS services.
6.2.2. You may unsubscribe from SMS Services by replying "STOP" at any time.
6.2.3. Message and data rates may apply depending on Your mobile service provider.
6.2.4. Message frequency varies based on Your use of Tradify.
